During my 18-year history with Countryfile, I have covered many bird stories. But the albatross item - due to be screened on BBC1 on Sunday 2 April - is a personal highlight. Not often do we get the opportunity to film reports where the subjects are so large, live in such remote locations and have a great chance of disappearing.
